Easily track people and companies in address books through a simple tab-driven user interface. As an administrator, you can give each user a personal address book, and create as many sharable address books as needed. Your users will see only the address books they have permission to see, and can quickly sort, add, remove, and modify contact information. Some of the key benefits of the contact manager are:

Company and people contacts — create organization contacts, and associate individual people with that organization.

Add contacts to calendar events — Add contacts from an address book to a calendar event.

Access contacts from e-mail — Add contacts to the To:, Cc:, and Bcc: fields when composing e-mails.

Organize contacts by category — Create unlimited categories (customers, vendors, contractors) and associate each contact with one or more categories.
